La Oreja de Plástico es un colectivo artístico de Sevilla que realizan ediciones independientes.
También están relacionados con el movimiento de Mail Art y como tal invitan a todos los

del proyecto denominado

*** PRIMERA EXPOSICION INTERNACIONAL DE POESIA EXPERIMENTAL EN CUBA
La poesia experimental ha tenido en esta era un gran desarrollo y ha sufrido importantes cambios
desde el punto de vista conceptual y formal. El surgimiento de las vanguardias en la primera mitad
del siglo, asi como las influencias de Mallarme, Apollinar, Joyce, los hermanos Campos, Waldemir
Dias-Pinos, entre otros, han propiciado tales cambios. La llegada del postmodernismo ha unificado
todas las experiencias anteriores haciendo que confluyan diferentes tendencias entre los poetas
experimentales y que estas formas de hacer avance por nuevos derroteros. Nuevas y viejas
tendencias se han desarrollado como la Poesia Proceso, la poesia letrista, la poesia ilustrada,
los poemas laberintos, los poemas objetos, los holopoemas, la poesia virtual. Por eso uno de los
objetivos fundamentales de esta empresa es dar a conocer esta diversidad poetica de imprecindible
manejo para los creadores y necesaria para la compresion de los cambios que irremediablemente
se aproximan, e incluso ya estan ocurriendo. Con el nombre de "Poesia experimental a finales del milenio: Un golpe de dados" se inaugura la
primera exposicion de poesia experimental realizada en nuestro pais con el objetivo de promover
esa vertiente poetica en Cuba y mostrar y difundir las mas recientes tendencia dentro de la poesia,
asi como sumarnos a las diversas exposiciones que se estan realizando en el mundo a favor de la
paz y los derechos del hombre.
La fecha de inaguracion sera el 22 de Septiembre, dia en que se celebra el equinoccio de invierno
y la luz solar (simbolo de la pureza, el conocimiento, la energia cosmica y generadora de tantas
disquisiciones e imagenes poeticas) cae por igual en ambos hemiferios. El evento tendra una duracion de tres dias, en los cuales se haran lecturas de poesia, ventas de
libros,...
Las obras pueden ser enviadas en cualquier formato y en cualquier soporte (CDROM, video,
papel,...), tambien se exhibiran ponencias, revistas; performans y conferencias si se envian
en video. Los trabajos podran ser enviados a:

El dia 23 de marzo se presento el nuevo proyecto Dia del Artista Correo al Departamento
Institucional del Correo Argentino y al Departamento de Filatelia del mismo organismo. A la
espera de la respuesta y la aceptacion de la propuesta presentada por VORTICE ARGENTINA,
se realizara la Segunda Exhibicion de Estampillas de Artistas a realizarse en el Correo Argentino,
Sede Central. Tan pronto tenga respuesta, sera enviada las bases para esta nueva convocatoria,
conmemorando asi el Dia del Artista Correo en la Argentina. On March 23 the Mail Artist's Day project was submitted to the Public Relations Department
and Philately Department of Correo Argentino. As soon as I receive a response to VORTICE
ARGENTINA proposal to put on the Second Artistamps Exhibition at the Head Quarters of
Correo Argentino, the bases for this new call will be sent, thus, celebrating the Mail Artist's Day
in Argentina.

and youth houses starting from May 99. The children attending the workshops will participate at this project and contribute to other
mail art projects. Exchanges and contributions are planned with other children groups all over the world. Our INTERNATIONAL CONTACTS to develop a mail art network FOR, FROM & BETWEEN
children are: Lois Klassen (Canada), Marilyn Brackney (USA), Julia Tant (England), Rüdiger
Westphalen (Germany). This list will be growing together with the expanding project. JOIN THIS NETWORK ! ADULT mail artists can support the project by sending art material for the children. We'll use this
in the workshops. Donations will be mentioned to the kids and in the documentation. TO THE PARENTS: We'll protect all children: addresses will NOT be published or spread around ! In the documentation

We want to appeal to the deeper humanism and to the feeling of fraternal communion between the
peoples to the earth and from AU MA + Gom@ asks you to send letters with the words STOP BOMBING YUGOSLAVIA / PEACE IN KOSOVO on the enveloppe to all your mailartists friends in Yugoslavia, in Kosovo and in any another part of
the world, to all the dignitaries of the NATO and to the President of the USA. Bill Clinton e-mail : president@whitehouse.gov We want to show our solidarity with Yugoslavian and Kosovar mail artist in particular and with the
Yugoslavian and Kosovar people in general. We only wish to contribute to avoid a bloodbath and to

airstrikes will stop.

y con el pueblo de Yugoslavia y de Kosovo en general. Sólo deseamos contribuír a evitar un baño
de sangre y a llamar a las partes implicadas a resolver los conflictos mediante la negociación
pacífica. Como es obvio, por la especial naturaleza de este proyecto no existe ningún plazo hasta
que los bombardeos terminen. No habrá exposición ni documentación (aunque todas las cartas con el lema
STOP BOMBING YUGOSLAVIA
recibidas por los miembros de AU MA + Gom@ aparecerán en la información sobre esta acción). Apelamos a su solidaridad.
